aw-Kryometer AWK-40

The aw cryometer is a highly accurate aw value measuring device for the highest accuracy requirements. The AWK-40 uses a unique measuring method. The device has several special advantages: high accuracy (up to ±0.001 aw), high reproducibility (±0.0003 aw), high resolution (0.0001 aw) and short measurement time: 5 to 20 minutes. The measuring range is 0.8…1.0 aw, tailored to the requirements of meat products (or products with similar water activity values). The device can also be used to measure other variables: temperature with high precision (resolution 0.01 °C, 2 measuring points), temperature difference and relative humidity (on a psychrometric basis). For these measurements, additional suitable sensors are required, which can be supplied as an option. The device has several measurement and evaluation options, e.g.: storage of many samples or measurements, serial interface to the computer or printer, etc.
