AWMD-10

The AWMD-10 is a small, complete, handy measuring device for determining the water activity value.

There is a fan in the device that accelerates the adjustment of the equilibrium humidity in the air above the sample and thereby significantly shortens the measuring time. The aw value and the temperature are shown on the digital display.

The device can be operated with or without PC software. The software is included in the scope of delivery and the device can be connected to a PC via RS-232.

Thanks to its small dimensions, simple operation, easy-to-read digital display and high accuracy, the device can be used equally advantageously for measurements in the laboratory, in the company, on site or in quality control.

The device has an advantageous price/performance ratio.

The device works with a capacitive measuring probe and Pt-100 temperature sensor.

• Accuracy: ±0.02 aw or ±0.3 °C
• Resolution: 0.001 aw and 0.1 °C
• Measuring range: 0.05…0.99 aw or 0…50°C

The accuracy can be increased by calibration using calibration solutions. The measuring time is approx. 8 to 30 minutes.
