Measuring device for non-contact measurement of sheet resistance

Metal layers with an insulating or sensitive surface on foil, glass plates, paper, plastic plates, etc. can be measured with this device.

It is a benchtop device for use in quality control and laboratory.

The accuracy is greater than with hand-held devices (e.g. STRATOMETER plus).

After the measurement takes place between the two heads of a pair of measuring heads, the position of the test object in the measuring gap influences the measurements less than with hand-held devices.

The device consists of a microprocessor-controlled measuring device and a measuring device with a pair of high-frequency measuring heads. Passage for test specimens: 10 or 20 mm. Measuring area approx. 100 mm2.

The device has a serial interface and USB 2.0.
