SRM-50

The measuring device for continuous, non-contact on-line measurement (!) and monitoring of the sheet resistance

The non-contact measuring method makes it possible to carry out measurements on moving objects (e.g. production control of moving, coated films or glass plates). This means that the layer resistance can be measured and monitored during the manufacturing process without having to turn off the machine or damage the layer due to grinding marks.

Free distance between the measuring heads is 5 mm, 10 mm or 20 mm (depending on the measuring range and requirements).

Large production widths can be recorded using several pairs of measuring heads. SRM-50 systems can be supplied with any number of pairs of measuring heads. The measurements are carried out by a microprocessor-controlled multi-channel measuring device. The device is vacuum compatible. It has a serial interface through which the measured values can be read out by a computer or PLC control. The RS-232 interface is standard, but RS-485, Profibus and other interfaces are also available.

Industrial PC and evaluation software can be included.
